We are delighted to present you with a former convent with lands over ca. 65 hectares in the well-known area of Monferrato, in the region of Piedmont, Northern Italy. The property has ca. 20 hectares of DOP, Protected designation of origin, vineyards (approximately 14 hectares of Barbera dAsti DOCG and 6 hectares of Grignolino DOP); ca. 15 ha of arable land; ca. 22 hectares of plants (not a forest but a plantation of valuable trees); ca. 1.5 ha of lake; ca. 0.7 ha hazelnut grove; ca. 1.2 ha buildings; and the remaining surface is intended for company roads. More information only on request. Since the 12th century, the property has been used for agricultural activities, specifically for the breeding of livestock and the cultivation of vine. It is large and in a good state of conservation. In the civil part, there are living areas of ca. 849; all the rest falls within the agricultural area, measuring ca. 3678 m2 when stacked on the original building plus ca. 1453 m2 for the more recently built areas (between 1920 and 1950), which include garages, warehouses, silos, covered paddocks, and sheds.
