Formally the Kings Restuarant in Delmont then Piper Bay! This approximately 5800 sq. ft. building has much of the equipment a restaurant would use. There is seating currently for 60 people. There is a mens and ladies room off the main dining room. The building has a solid brick exterior and was freshly painted last year. The large paved parking lot is a big plus for large events. There is great visibility with 19,000 cars per day and a large internally lit signage right on the highway.
