Very quiet street, you only turn onto Lilly Pad Ln. (also called Laurel Wood Dr.) if you live there. All the surrounding neighbors are nice. Tink Wig is a beautiful community, mostly wooded, less than half of the lots are developed. You have lake rights to 110 acre lake, great for fishing and kayaking. There is a clubhouse, playground, basketball courts and trash collection is included in the yearly dues. The lot is only slightly sloped down, probably great for a walk out basement home.
