Sunshine cottage is fully furnished; rent includes grounds maintenance. Privacy fence is being installed. Owner is looking for a seasonal rental and is flexible with a minimum of 1 month stay up to 6 months stay. Owner will consider a higher monthly rent with all utilities included. Pet considered on a case-by-case basis with a nonrefundable deposit. One owner is a licensed agent.
